5 Ingredient Simple Hawaiian Coleslaw

We love food!  And when there is a family get together, we are always looking for new dishes to make.  I want a recipe that is simple so I can begin eating it as soon as possible.  Well, I have found that dish!  And that dish is Hawaiian Coleslaw!  And it’s only five ingredients.  In fact, it’s the best I’ve ever had!  I’ve eaten coleslaw 20 different ways from all over this great country.  Sometimes it’s good and other times not so much.  And if you’re not a fan of this cabbage dish, I bet this will win you over.  After all, it has pineapples in it!

You will need the following:

  • 1 cup of mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup of sugar
  • 3 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
  • 2 – 8oz. cans of pineapple tidbits drained 
  • 1 16 oz. bag of coleslaw mix

 

Now mix all of the ingredients in a bowl, chill in the fridge for 2 hours and serve.  How simple is that?


This is a perfect side to serve with burgers, BBQ and all other kinds of dishes!  Enjoy!
